The Upstander Award celebrates those who step up to make our school a safer, kinder, and more supportive place.
An Upstander is someone who:

• Takes initiative – recognizes a situation and actively does something about it.
• Intervenes directly – stops or diverts a fight and seeks adult support.
• Acts with bravery and principles – chooses to do what’s right, even when it’s hard.
• Stays aware of their surroundings – notices what’s happening and responds effectively.
